Last year mintworks started off with the validation of the business idea of an aftersales service platform for cargo bikes in the B2B sphere. We received a lot of support and interest in our quest, but the timing seems ill-chosen. Hence we have finally decided to end the mintworks project.

However, based on our research in the last months, we still believe in the need of an aftersales service platform for cargo bikes. This is why we would like to share with you and give back to the community what we learned about cargo bike aftersales.
